It's Christmas today.Boring.At least that's what I reckoned.There's nothing much to do.That is also the reason why I used the computer.Next Wednesday,all of us will be going back to school again.Sigh.We have no choice but to accept our fate meekly,or with a bout of bitterness.The latter is what I did yearly,with no fail.None at all.
Most of us aren't going to have a white Christmas,unless you are one of the few lucky ones living in Northern Europe or Northern America.Some day,I will definitely not only get to watch snowflakes falling from the sky,I will also build snowmen,completed with a carrot for its nose,twits for its hands,a hat and scarf.What do you think ?This is the perfect picture I can conjured right now.
As I have mentioned before, many feel that the true essence of Christmas is lost.From what I've read,it is supposed to be a time for one to reflect and to remember the sacrifice Jesus had made for us,or something else along those lines.However nowadays people,for instance,non-Christans,join in the fun and celebrate Christmas as well.This is sad but true.I aren't noble enough to say that I hadn't taken part in the merry-jollying.It is already a fact so maybe during all those fun moments,we should spare a few minutes to ponder upon the true meaning of Christmas.What do you think?
