Here's another test.But before that ,I want to tell you that I went swimming with my brother today.Although I had completed 20 laps as usual,I didn't reap the ultimate benefit.This is because brother had distracted me-I had no choice but to chat with him.If not ,I could have swim 20 laps non-stop!On the other hand,it's 30 laps for brother.Back to the test.
