Well,something had happened yesterday.When I was walking into my block,I saw four boys from my Primary school-they are dressed in school uniform.Anyway,the important thing is three boys are bullying another boy.I think that I've caught something that sounded like they are threatening him to give them back an object.They've also said that they are on good terms with the triad's boss.What appalled me most is that they are about Primary 3 or 4-at least I've predicted this from their height.
The notion of standing out and help the boy did occur to me.It's just that I didn't have the courage to do so.I felt really ashamed of myself-that I was such a weakling and didn't do the right thing.I shouldn't even be afraid of then in the first place-they are just kids!
Anyway,a woman in her middle walked past too.She's walking her dog and behind her,a toddler was also present as well.Se witnessed the same episode as I did.Originally,I've expected her to extend a hand as she's an adult.However,she not only didn't do so,she also told her child to "escape"from the "crime scene"She's guilty as charged--same as me!
Anyway,I did did something.As soon as I get home,I told my mother what had happened and she did went down to have a look.Here's the hypothesis-they are just playing.But then,I still think that there's more to meet the eye.They seemed quite serious.Anyway ,I'm just glad that this isn't a full-fledged bullying that's happening just a stone's throw from my Primary School.Hopefully,I'll be able to heed my mother's advice when something similar to that happened again-just stand up for the right cause and do what's right,or else I'm one of the culprit leading to more victims suffering from bullying just because everyone want to avoid a hands down confrontation.
