Well,it's been a week and a day since I've last used the computer.This is a miracle-at least to me.Anyway,I'm going to tell you some news since both of you don't normally read the news-at least that's what you told me.Here it goes.[Huge gulp of breath]
I think that recently,Iran's president was invited to New York's Columbia University by the principal to give a speech.As expected,many gave him a cold shoulder and they also have caricatures,etc.He himself must have predicted the animosity but he still accepted the offer.
During his speech,he not only claimed that Iran has no homosexual,he also questioned the Holocaust.In the end,the principal who had issued the invitation card to Iran's president actually publicly said harsh and judgemental words about him like petty criminal and cruel dictator etc.
The "learning points" that I'm going to broached in the next line and all the above information on the visit are rephrased in my own words from The Straits Time.
Anyway,we can learn that Iran's president have been quite "ignorant" to say that there are no homosexuals in Iran.Secondly,he had touched on subjects like "clarification"of nuclear programme done in his homeland.Of course,this is a touchy issue,at least it is to some people.
Lastly,he had more to lose out on than to gain.For instance,although he managed to arouse the sympathy of his countrymen ,he was in a way worsening the already sticky situation Iran was in.What I mean to say is that his action has lead to the further isolation of Iran.This problem far outweigh the hero's treatment he's getting in Iran and the revitalisation to his landsliding support.Well,that's about it.The less than perfect summarizing of the visit of Iran's president to USA.Hope you really have an enjoyable time reading the information aboveLabels: Iran's President's trip--To USA
